Ingredients : Pasta, sunflower or refined oil, onions, any preferred vegetable (chilli, capsicum, carrot etc), mayonnaise, oregano, chilli flakes

Preparation Time : 15-20 mins

  • Boil the penne pasta. Put few drops of oil in the boiling water to avoid sticky pasta.
  • Take a frying “kadhai” or pan ( non stick preferred) and pour some refined oil.
  • Cut some onions, chilly, capsicum, carrot, broccoli, corn. Choose vegetable according to convenience.
  • Put the veggies into the frying pan.
  • After cooking a bit, put 2-3 big table spoon of mayonnaise or more according to the amount.
  • Pour some warm water and saute till the saucy texture visible.
  • Add 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp red chilly flakes to the sauce. Saute to mix.
  • Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and saute till the sauce sticks to the pasta.
  • Serve it hot.
