I am excited to share that our work “Automating Data Integration and Publishing for Neuroimaging via LSLAutoBIDS” has been published in Aperture Neuro. This work was developed in the Computational Cognitive Science group at the University of Stuttgart and is a part of my research assistantship under the supervision of Prof. Benedikt Ehinger. LSLAutoBIDS is an open source python-based tool that provides a data organization, management, versioning and publishing workflow for the EEG and Eye Tracking data collected in neuroscience experiments. The tool is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, allowing researchers to easily organize, standardize and archive their data in a way that is compliant with the BIDS standard. The publication of this work in Aperture Neuro is a significant milestone and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute as a researchsoftware developer in the field of neuroscience research.
